Policies
Travel
Travel is included for micro weddings and events in Morganton, Valdese, and Hickory, North Carolina.
For micro weddings and events in the Charlotte area, a flat $75 travel fee applies.
Travel outside of these areas will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Booking and Payment
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer of 50% are required to secure your date.
Remaining balance is due 14 days before your micro wedding date.
Session Timing
Each micro wedding package is based on the scheduled session time.
Overtime may be available in 15-minute increments for an additional fee. (7 minute billing unit)
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability.
Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if notified at least 14 days in advance.
Gallery & Delivery
All packages include a private online gallery and full print release.
Turnaround time for edited images is typically 4–6 weeks, depending on season.
Additional Notes
Micro weddings are designed for intimate, small celebrations.
Add-ons, second locations, and extra coverage may be arranged at additional cost.
